A spa is a place where you come to relax and enjoy, so we strongly recommend you not to have
many appointments on the day of your visit.
Appointments - Being on time for appointments are greatly appreciated, So that you may receive
your full service and so our other guests are not inconvenience. Arriving a minimum of 20 minutes
prior to your appointment allows you time to check in. You may relax in our garden room and
enjoy beverages prior to or after services.
Reservations - We suggest making all Spa reservations at least 72 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy - Because your Spa services are reserved for you, we ask that you notify us at
least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or re-schedule. 50% of the value of your service
will be charged for cancellations with less than 8 hours notice. Day Spa packages and massages
require 24-hour notice. All no shows are charged full value.
Age - The Spa and its facilities are for guest 16 years and older, however guest younger than 16
may enjoy Spa Services.
Gift Certificates - A Spa Gift Certificate is ideal for any special occasion or as a thank you gift.
Phone and mail orders available. Certificates are good for 6 months.
Since 1978 , Bettye O has been serving the community. She provides a very special skin care service
that has distinguished her in the spa field. She continually seeks new methods that will improve
the condition of her client's skin, body and mind. The skin care products take into consideration the
varying differences in skins of color.

Being a personalized Spa, Client NO-SHOWS and Cancellations do hurt us. A full fee will be charged
to your Credit Cards for missed Appointments of cancellations made less than 24 hours before hand
on: Spa packages, more than one service , and Massages. Clients more than 20 minutes late for an
appointment, will be considered a missed appointment and charge for appointment must be paid
(Gift Certificates will be forfeited). This helps us insure personal attentive service to all of our guest.
Only Children receiving services are allowed in the Spa. Spa is not responsible for lost items. lockers
are available . Please keep voice to a minimum in order not to disturb other guest.
GRATUITY: If you were happy with the service you received, it is customary to give a 15 to 20% gratuity
to the Therapist or Esthetician.
